Depending on the versions of EPM, Service Updates (SU) may be available
- By calling IVANTI support
- Directly from the Ivanti website
- From the EPM patch management
Downloading from Patch Management
- From the console, go to the settings in “Patch and Compliance”
- In the “Updates” tab, check the IVANTI download option
- Then start the download
- LDMS only downloads the catalog, so look for the Ivanti product xxx
- Go to the SU properties
- For the desired files, the download link is available in the “Patch Information” tab
