Deploy Patch with Tanium

Select List

• Select the ‘Patch’ module in the Tanium Console.

• View your preferred patch list.

Note: The Tanium list does not contain old Windows patches.

• For example: [Tanium Patch Recommended Updates] – Windows.

• With the ‘All Patch’ list, the latest patches are available.

Create Deployment Task

• Create a new deployment task.

• Select a list or choose patches manually.

• Select Endpoint.

• Choose a schedule time.

• Select ‘Preview to continue’.

• Click on ‘View Full Details’ to see more.
